Tried uninstalling and reinstalling GTA and LCPDFR and when I hit ALT+P nothing happens except he screen going blurry! I am running Win 8 and have GTAIV through Steam. Help??

Could I see a screenshot, or a file listing of your GTA IV directory?

Could it possibly be that I have to unlock the entire city? Or does that matter?

No, that does not matter. When LCPDFR is activated, all islands are unlocked.

 

Do you have either DSOUND.dll or XLIVE.dll in your GTA IV directory?
